BSH glued wood
BSH wood, it is a layered glued wood with advanced technology. It is a natural, durable, very aesthetic and dimensional product.
Ecological waterproof melamine adhesives are used in production. BSH construction wood is made of spruce wood. The lamellas used for gluing are 40 mm thick and are sorted according to GL24 and GL28 strength classes. This method of preparation allows you to eliminate most of the natural wood defects. This is due to the use of lamellas with a humidity not exceeding 12%.

Usually, BSH structural beams do not require chemical impregnation.
BSH wood occurs in two basic visual classes of NSI and SI. The NSI class applies to invisible elements to visible, decorative elements. The structural elements we offer are found in the highest visual class.
Particularly noteworthy is the fact that BSH wood is dried chamber and planed four -sided. Drying has an impact on dimensional stability and biological resistance of wood, while planing also increases biological resistance and fire resistance. Therefore, BSH wood is a dimension stable material, with high biological resistance and significantly increased fire resistance.
In addition, BSH is an ideal product to design various architectural concepts, including lamellas. The technological process allows you to bypass natural cross -sectional restrictions resulting from the size of the trunk. Thanks to this, we can get beams of significant cross -sections and at the same time stable dimensional, which in solid wood is rather unusual.
Advantages of BSH wood:
- Possibility to use in supporting structures with support spacing,
- relief product, devoid of construction defects,
- fire resistance,
- dimensional stability,
- Biological resistance,
- There is no need for wood maintenance.
BSH wood production process:
- Wood used in production is spruce,
- wood is cutting on single boards 40mm thick,
- sorting boards - visually and machine to GL24 and GL28 classes,
- Drying chamber boards to a humidity 12%,
- layered gluing with special adhesives, which are ecological and resistant to weather conditions (in accordance with EN 301),
- After gluing and drying, the beam is telled again and cut to the length.

KVH glued wood
KVH wood, it is structural wood glued after micro -restaurants. This allows you to achieve almost every beam length. The material becomes even more durable than solid wood because places with wood defects are cut from beams.
KVH wood is made of chamber dried spruce to the humidity of 15% (+/- 3%). Each beam is planed. As with BSH wood, drying and planing affect biological resistance and dimensional stability.
The standard length of KVH structural wood beams is up to 13 meters. KVH wood is a certified material - it has a CE certificate. The standard thickness is 60/80/100/120/140 mm and widths from 100 mm to 260 mm.
KVH wood is primarily used for such construction works as:
- building constructions,
- as terrace and facade subtractions,
- As wood for the construction of gazebos, pergol, roofs, tsar of ports, benches, balustrades and many others.
