Visit to the Sales Salon/Inquiry by e -mail
A visit to the sales salon is a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with our products at the summer exhibition. During an individual meeting, we can advise you to choose the best materials based on your needs. The meeting is also an opportunity thanks to which you can receive free samples of terrace boards. Based on the information collected, we are able to prepare a preliminary offer for you.
In the case of queries submitted by email, the waiting time for the initial valuation is short, we answer each inquiry in the same week.
Preliminary offer
The preliminary offers we send allow you to accurately determine the costs of making the terrace, facade or pergola. The exact determination of the scope of work in the initial offer often means that the final offer does not change or are cosmetic.
Visit to the client
Visiting the target place of implementation allows us to make measurements and transfer materials samples (if we could not do it earlier). Measurement results and information collected during this visit allow us to make a final valuation.
Final valuation
By receiving the final valuation from us, you can be sure that the prices included in the valuation for a given range will not change.
Signing of the contract
Along with the signing of the contract, we agree the approximate arrival dates of the assembly team and agree the payment terms.
Drawing/visualization
As a standard, you receive a drawing and visualization from us long before the start of works. Thanks to this, you can see the final effect of the implementation before assembly.
Order processing
At this stage, we perform preparatory work (i.e. grinding, painting, etc.) and place orders for the necessary materials.
Installation
Based on the experience and good organization of work, we make assembly efficiently and accurately. The assembly is completed by signing the acceptance report.
