What includes the costs of making the terrace?

When deciding on a wooden terrace, you should realize that its price will depend not only on the so -called labor, but also on the amount and type of material used to implement it. Thus, the costs of implementing a wooden terrace should be counted as the sum of the purchase of terrace boards, given in the price list of TDM together with the cost of their assembly and a possible spout or foundation of the terrace. This price includes not only the work of specialists, but also the use of auxiliary materials such as joists, connectors, SPAX, as well as the oil that cares for terrace boards.

In the event that the customer cares about the least noticeable grounds for the terrace, it is worth thinking about using the so -called Invisible "Igel System" terrace fixing system, which requires an additional PLN 71 to be added to the total cost in the case of European and exotic wood.

The cost of execution depending on the material

The prices contained in the table include the costs of making a given wooden terrace , depending on the type of material. Our company wooden terraces are made of boards from various species, both European and exotic trees. Such a wide selection allows customers to choose the perfect wood for the terrace, both visually and strength. final costs of making the terrace are determined on the basis of the above prices along with the price of the vertical finish around the terrace. In the event that the customer cares about the stairs, the price should also be added in the amount of 133% of 1m2 of the terrace (both steps and risers and cheeks are calculated).
